Arsenal’s meticulous transfer strategy could once again lead them into Germany’s talent pool, as reports suggest the North London club are eyeing Eintracht Frankfurt’s rising full-back Nathaniel Brown . The 22-year-old, currently valued at €60 million (£52m) , has emerged as one of the Bundesliga’s most versatile and technically gifted defenders — and while a deal is far from simple, Mikel Arteta is believed to be keeping close tabs on his development. According to Fichajes , Arsenal are one of several European powerhouses monitoring Brown’s situation, with Real Madrid and Manchester City also expressing interest. Trossard Transfer Saga Intensifies

Interest in Arsenal’s Leandro Trossard has grown this summer, with clubs like Brentford, Borussia Dortmund, and even Bayern Munich reportedly exploring moves. However, Bayern have now officially completed the signing of Luis Díaz from Liverpool for around £65.5m (€75m), a move that significantly reduces the space in their squad and their need for additional wide options. With Díaz installed as their preferred left-wing attack, Bayern’s pursuit of Trossard appears to have cooled.

Trossard, whose contract runs until 2027, has been a consistent squad contributor, scoring 10 goals and providing 9 assists last season. Yet, Arsenal’s summer business (e.g. Gyökeres, Madueke, Zubimendi, Mosquera) has shifted the pecking order. The Belgian has reportedly stalled on contract renewal talks, and sources suggest Arsenal have told his camp they will not prevent a departure, provided a suitable offer lands.

Interest from Brentford and Bundesliga clubs like Dortmund remains in play. Dortmund still view Trossard as a tactical upgrade or depth option especially if they fail to land more expensive forward targets. Meanwhile, Brentford’s recruitment model makes signing a proven Premier League attacker like Trossard attractive, especially as his value falls in the £20 - 25m bracket.

Domestically, Chelsea and Nottingham Forest have also been linked, though nothing has been officially presented. Emirates insiders suggest that a sale could help fund Arsenal’s pursuit of other creative or attacking midfield targets, such as Eberechi Eze whose deal remains a priority this window. Trossard’s departure would also ease squad congestion on the wings.

From the fan perspective, reactions are mixed. Some see the sale of Trossard as a loss of valuable depth and experience, particularly in high-rotation periods. Others believe that with emerging stars and recent signings entering the fold, now may be the ideal moment to streamline wages and bring in players more central to Arteta’s long-term plan.

For Bayern Munich fans, the arrival of Díaz closes the window on another winger signing this transfer round. That leaves Dortmund or Brentford as the likeliest destinations for Trossard if a move materializes. Arsenal’s stance suggests they will weigh offers carefully but are no longer blocking the exit route if it aids their broader rebuilding strategy.
